Elizabeth Short was last seen on 14th of January 1947. She was drinking beer with a former Marine called "Bob" and "Red".It was reported in the New York Daily Mirror on 19th January 1947 and is in the online F.B.I. files, section 2 page 38.She stayed at a hotel before she died the hotel is called biltmore hotel in downtown los angelas.Th main suspects were:walter bayley,norman chandler,leslie dionne,joseph A.dumais,mark hansen,geroge hodel,geroge knowlton,Robert.M"red manley.{The Black Dahlia Murder}}January 2023 (UTC).

Elizabeth Short was seen drinking beer with Robert Hunter, a former Marine, in San Diego on 14th January 1947.

This was reported by The New York Daily Mirror on 19th January 1947.

Suspects and confessions: please change

The second paragraph of the section "Suspects and confessions" includes the sentence:

"A neighbor driving by that day stopped to dispose of a bag of lawn clippings in the lot when he saw a parked sedan"...

This is incorrect. The article cited says the neighbor saw the parked sedan the night before the murder. Jamesarnall (talk) 16:57, 24 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
