Don't put your opinons/theories up
[edit]"Given Vance's immediate reaction, it is likely she is killed off during the game."
This is someone's personal theory. Providing a link to the trailer is not evidence. I deleted it. Do not put it back up or an administrator will be informed.
Since the name
[edit]Judith Mossman is unique, I figure we don't need the "(Half-Life 2)" bit at the end. Wouldn't it be better to have "Judith Mossman (Half-Life 2)" redirect to "Judith Mossman" and not the other way around?

Location of Black Mesa East
[edit]"Mossman had revealed the location of Black Mesa East to the Combine" This is probably true but contradictory to Dr. Breen's quote "…first you bring me to the doorstep of my oldest friend…" (Not an exact quote) Though Breen could just be trying to humiliate Gordon as he also states to the Overwatch in Nova Prospekt that they could have captured Eli at any time.
Eli or Alyx?
[edit]Got a question. The page says "Eli relates that Judith and Gordon Freeman applied for the same job at the Black Mesa Research Facility, but Freeman got it over her.", but I only remember when Alyx says "you should hear her say how it should've been her in the test chamber that day". I've replayed that chapter recently and never heard Eli mention it, not even exploring his lab. So, when does he say that? If he doesn't, edit the page and change Eli for Alyx.
- Follow Mossman into the office with the CCTV monitors, and she'll protest. Leave and go up to Eli and he'll relate about Judith being a fine scientist etc.
Episode One Trailer
[edit]The trailer mentioned in the article is this: [1]. You can see her clearly without injuries, while a group of rebels runs behind her.
Protecting Eli
[edit]Just out of interest, where does Mossman say in-game that she wanted to protect Eli? I've never heard of that. 82.13.165.220 21:58, 13 May 2006 (UTC)
- Nova Prospekt's recording, if I remember correctly.
- Oh wait, no, I think it's in the Citadel. If you stay for a while after you are freed from the pods, you hear Mossman say something like that.
- "I'm not going to leave you again...Eli" "Never" That is what was said —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 24.196.115.179 (talk) 03:51, 18 March 2007 (UTC).
- She boasts about finding Doctor Freeman in the airlock, seems that she is going out of her way to be a fine scientist and impress Eli, questions Doctor Breen about hurting Eli in NP, and look really worried and frees Eli from the Combine teleporter in D.E. Means she likes him.
Gmod Balloon
[edit]In Gmod 10, one of the balloons you can spawn reads MilfMan, with Mossman forming the "I". Should we make mention of her status as an apparent MILF? It's silly I know, probably just a joke by Team Garry considering that Mossman is an attractive middle-aged woman, but perhaps add it to the "Trivia" section? Translation problem
[edit]The substance of the "Project" is not mentioned, but it is apparently not Combine in origin, as Mossman does not yet know if what she's looking for at the site will compromise certain work done by the Resistance "should the Combine discover its location." - can someone make it more understandable, because I've got difficulties with translating it into Polish. Thanks in advance. Wyglif SMS 12:48, 8 August 2007 (UTC)
The "Project"
[edit]Could be that ship, Bordearlis? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 121.223.68.248 (talk) 20:35, 12 October 2007 (UTC)
- Since there are several diagrams of the Borealis attached to the message from Judith then yeah
Portal Storm
[edit]I edited the last sentence, removing "...possibly caused by the events at the end of "Portal" in which a portal storm is created." This doesn't make sense, and is unverified. First off, nothing about portal storms is mentioned with the Borealis OR the events of Portal. Also Aperture Science would have been long out of business by the end of Portal as GLaDOS would have already killed off the staff long ago. In addition GLaDOS hints that the player is living in a Combine controlled world, making it near impossible for a large and independent research organization like Aperture to function, as well as making the news of the disappearance of the Borealis impossible to be heard by the rest of the Scientific community, much less gain a legendary reputation. And there have only been two Portal Storms in the Half Life universe, the first one being caused by the events of the original Half-Life beginning with the resonance cascade. And the second being caused by the City 17 Citadel explosion. Given that the Borealis disappeared probably before the Combine takeover of Earth, the resonance cascade may have caused it. Even so, this possibility is not mentioned by Dr. Kliener, and is hinted at being ignorance of safety guidelines on the part of Aperture Science. With the possibility of Chell and the Portal Gun making and appearance in Episode Three, it appears that the incident is related to Aperture's Portal project.
