I removed the section regarding the A7 as the only single-digit A road to have no upgraded motorway section. The A5 has no such section - the M5 is not an upgraded A5, rather one for the A38. --Erath 20:56, Apr 26, 2005 (UTC)

Junctions debate

[edit]

There is a discussion at Wikipedia talk:WikiProject Highways#Major junctions debate yet again that may affect the content of this article. 𝕁𝕄𝔽 (talk) 10:16, 22 November 2022 (UTC)[reply]

Hello, please note that I have reduced the amount of major junctions on this article, down from 12 to 7. Roads4117 (talk) 19:12, 6 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Matthewshill has reduced the major junctions to 4. Roads4117 (talk) 19:52, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Roads4117 You're welcome to increase it back to 7. Matthewshill (talk) 19:57, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
@Matthewshill keep it at four; as Imzadi1979 told me this week that an infobox is basically a summary of the article, so you should get below ten articles on an infobox. Thanks, Roads4117 (talk) 20:10, 16 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]
Thank you Matthewshill for creating that junction table. It looks fantastic. Roads4117 (talk) 20:44, 17 December 2022 (UTC)[reply]

England Scotland Border

[edit]

it is noteworthy that where the A7 crosses the border, there is a sign indicating entry into Scotland, but not one on the opposite sign marking entry into England? 146.200.132.123 (talk) 06:06, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]

@146.200.132.123
yes there is, but it's small and easy to miss. 146.200.132.123 (talk) 06:08, 25 August 2024 (UTC)[reply]
