welcome.

This is a response to your question at the help desk. No admin deleted your page. Any user can delete any page. Fortunately it can be restored easily by "reverting" or by looking back in page history The accessibility of all the pages is a unique strength of wikipedia, but it can make it vulnerable to momentary disruption and currently we have one or two users who are here to cause trouble. I have asked an admin to check and see if the IP address of the vandal matches one of them. Don't be discouraged. Vandalism is usually fixed within minutes and isn't all that common. Alteripse is wrong. Only admins can delete pages. Ordinary users can remove all the content of a page ("blank"), but only an admin can actually remove the page itself. -- Cyrius| 14:32, 7 Jul 2004 (UTC)
