The studios haven't been located on the UT campus since the late 1980s when they moved to their current location on Magnolia Avenue. I was on my school's Scholars Bowl team in the 1988-89 school year and we taped our shows at the Magnolia Avenue studio and they gave us a tour the first time we were there. I would mention the move in the article but I don't know the exact date. LMUBill (talk) 04:49, 19 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I do think that ETPtv is now on 24 hours a day when I checked. They used to sign-off at midnight every night. When did they start going 24 hours? -- Anonymous —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.236.37.131 (talk) 03:50, 2 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Would anyone be interested in expanding this web page? -- Anonymous

Don't think they use this logo anymore ... I've seen a different one on their Web site, but want to make sure I have permission to use it before putting it here. -- Blueboy96

"Most of the Knoxville area did not get a clear signal from the station" This seems to overstate the signal problems. In Blount County I got the signal pretty well. I have surviving VHS recordings of Doctor Who that look fine. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Spinetingler (talkcontribs) 19:46, 15 August 2022 (UTC)[reply]

What?

"Knoxville station, at last?"

Doesn't sound encyclopedic to me...64.18.115.225 (talk) 01:37, 12 May 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Revert move

[edit]

Can somebody move WKOP-TV back to East Tennessee PBS? (and if possible, move to WETP-TV as the main station?) 107.77.189.41 (talk) 04:29, 6 January 2020 (UTC)[reply]
