The Blue Lagoon

"the late" Christopher Reeve

[edit]

Seems to me that putting "the late" Christopher Reeve is inappropriate here. He was very much alive (and healthy) in 1980. If he had died in 1980 and the movie was then released, then the comment would be appropriate. Schmiteye 00:28, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

The Empire Strikes Back

[edit]

In 1980, the film Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back was simply called: The Empire Strikes Back. Schmiteye 00:32, 17 April 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Um... are you sure? Because A New Hope was re-released in '79 as Star Wars Episode IV A New Hope, so the Episode naming convention was in place before Episode V came out.
I also own the original theatrical cuts of both movies. A New Hope says 'Star Wars' during its title crawl, Empire says "Star Wars: Episode V The Empire Strikes Back" 2A00:23C1:B902:3F01:CDA8:C355:CDF2:17DE (talk) 12:02, 11 September 2022 (UTC)[reply]
