Look at the sourced article and check the 2nd picture. It is a press conference with BoA and others. Behind them is a banner saying "Best of Asia. Bring on America. BoA.". All were made to match in font and in case specificity. It is obvious these were created with the purpose of promoting her American debut. Neoyamaneko (talk) 07:10, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes it was created for promoting her American debut, however, it does not mean that it is a backronym of her name. The article you are using as a source does not say that "Best of Asia" or "Bring on America" are backronyms of her name. The Swedish article explicitly says that her name means Beat of Angel, so unless it explicitly states that either of those phrases means or represent her name then what you are adding is original research. And reverting your edits has nothing to do with bad faith all that is being asked is provide a source that proves what you claim. MS (Talk|Contributions) 07:30, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Continued image change and decline in sales

[edit]

The "Continued image change" sounds awkward for me. And do we really have to put that as the sub-categories? Couldn't it just be "Decline in sales"? Same with the "Continued activity in Japan." AhnSoonKyung (talk) 02:12, 21 February 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Broken links: Chosun Ilbo

[edit]

I noticed that The Chosun Ilbo in English changed it's links structure. There are many of them in Wikipedia, and at least 3 in here. For example, for link 24, the correct link is [BoA Reinvents Herself as Heir to Korean Tradition] I guess someone know how to solve deep links problem in bigger scale, and someone can also fix this and the other links in this subject. Ron64 (talk) 14:50, 12 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I noticed it too. Must be a structural thing. Ohlly (talk) 17:08, 4 November 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Fangirl-ing

[edit]

This article sounds like something written by a gushing fangirl. Can someone make it more neutal? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.233.135.156 (talk) 23:05, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Looks fine to me. Can you give me any specific examples of what you see as being "written by a gushing fangirl"? Sorafune 23:14, 18 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Woo Weekend

[edit]

Can someone please put the information together to have her latest single "Woo Weekend" get its own page? When I scroll all the way to the bottom and click on it, it takes me to her discography... The single has been released for 2 days now. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.131.131.223 (talk) 14:42, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I just restored the page and will now update links. The contents of the page were wiped a month ago due to concerns of lack of notability. エムエックスさん 15:47, 23 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Hurricane Venus page

[edit]

I have noticed that enough information is out for her new album including: Cover art, tracklist, release date, and released singles... I was wondering if someone could put together the webpage. I would do it but I am not too sure how. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.131.131.223 (talk) 03:43, 30 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Agreed, the info for the writers/composers is all on her website, boa.smtown.com

Could I post this here...? Could someone edit this into a chart?

USA CAREER

Does this mean BoA is done with her USA career because the article doesn't explain what happened.70.156.106.157 (talk) 14:40, 8 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Audio-Technica endorsement

[edit]

Audio-Technica site says she's an endorser of the company's products (link). I've seen a 30-second CM where she uses the ATH-Pr0700 (link). Any confirmation? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.176.130.84 (talk) 00:56, 4 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

It's pretty obvious she's a promoter of A-T if she's in one of their commercials. Added in Image and Artistry, although I find the idea of listing all the products and companies a person has appeared for in adverts overkill, in a way. Eagle Pilot (talk) 08:10, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Queen of K-Pop

[edit]

This title should stated here because lots of articles and news about her we're called and stated her officially as the 'Queen of K-Pop'. Even on 'Honorific nicknames in popular music' (link: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Honorific_nicknames_in_popular_music) was stated her as the 'Queen of K-Pop'. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 112.206.63.175 (talk) 11:13, 16 July 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Cyberbot II has detected that page contains external links that have either been globally or locally blacklisted. Links tend to be blacklisted because they have a history of being spammed, or are highly innappropriate for Wikipedia. This, however, doesn't necessarily mean it's spam, or not a good link. If the link is a good link, you may wish to request whitelisting by going to the request page for whitelisting. If you feel the link being caught by the blacklist is a false positive, or no longer needed on the blacklist, you may request the regex be removed or altered at the blacklist request page. If the link is blacklisted globally and you feel the above applies you may request to whitelist it using the before mentioned request page, or request it's removal, or alteration, at the request page on meta. When requesting whitelisting, be sure to supply the link to be whitelisted and wrap the link in nowiki tags. The whitelisting process can take its time so once a request has been filled out, you may set the invisible parameter on the tag to true. Please be aware that the bot will replace removed tags, and will remove misplaced tags regularly.

Below is a list of links that were found on the main page:

Best II and Best & USA the same album

I notice in China, Japan and Germany Best II appears to be overlapping with Best & USA. Which came first? In ictu oculi (talk) 05:37, 3 July 2014 (UTC)[reply]
