This map is ridiculously anachronical. Brazil hasn't had a single cholera case for a while. I've removed it from the main article, with a link to a proper distribution map. I'm not able to create one of these maps myself, so I'll wait for someone to do so.Missionary (talk) 17:32, 7 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What is the posibility that Cholera will come back as a threat to the United States of America, now that it is spreading around the world from the Tsunamis?

The map looks like Bangladesh is not included. This is incorrect. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 171.66.46.140 (talk) 03:29, 7 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Cholera

[edit]

I have no research or medical basis to dispute the veracity of this distribution, except that I caught cholera in Morocco. Could we have some information about how the information for this image was gathered, and when. Thanks.

Person who made that map has a very peculiar knowledge of cholera distribution. Cholera in China! The whole nonsense of Russia! Wow! If interested in real data you should check CDC site http://wwwn.cdc.gov/travel/yellowBookCh4-Cholera.aspx for general info. The map is on the WHO site http://gamapserver.who.int/mapLibrary/app/searchResults.aspx , a very different one from Wiki's map. Or do your own GOOGLE search... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.242.206.221 (talk) 02:10, 29 October 2008 (UTC)[reply]

I question the inclusion of Japan in as a heavily affected region. Japan is hyper clean. I think there are serious questions raised concerning accuracy of this map.AlphAlphA (talk) 20:01, 3 December 2008 (UTC)[reply]
