Many thanks for the welcome

I have returned the friendliness by correcting a typo on your user page, which is probably a massive cheek from a newcomer... Your links prompted me to attend to a Page Needing Attention - heck, this is going to be fun, for a pedantic nitpicker like me. Looking forward to catching up on your WMD stuff - Good luck. --Francisco Del Piero 14:54, 11 Nov 2004 (UTC)

  • Wikipedia is something of a community of nitpickers. :) Also, after being here for a while, you get used to the idea that you're going to make typos (more than you would think!), and that others are going to fix them - newcomers or otherwise. Good luck, and happy editing! ClockworkTroll 15:48, 11 Nov 2004 (UTC)

I've been nominated

[edit]

I just wanted to drop you a quick note to say that I've been nominated for adminship. Since you've been unfortunate enough to have dealings with me, I thought you might want to see what was going on there: Wikipedia:Requests for adminship/ClockworkTroll.

Many thanks, ClockworkTroll 07:50, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Admin vote

Thank you for supporting my nomination for adminhood. It means a great deal to me.

Thanks again, ClockworkTroll 14:41, 13 Nov 2004 (UTC)
