Gresham college

[edit]

This might be the Edward Stillingfleet who was Gresham Professor of Physic. Anyone know? JackyR 00:09, 31 March 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Charles I

[edit]

"An Answer to Some Papers (1686) defended the late Charles II against the charge that he was a Catholic"

This is false (I just read it). I have ammended accordingly. At no point in the pamplet does Stillingfleet deny that Charles II became a Catholic, he simply disputed his reasons for doing so 129.67.43.239 (talk) 16:31, 21 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
