Clearly (as has been asserted by protection of the Rdr page) his formal name is secondary: WP uses as titles the commonly used names of people, adding a dab'g phrase as necessary. In this case, Joe_Lieberman is the proper article title.

I'm not satisfied that the author of School Shootings and Massacres and a book specific to Columbine is notable.
Based on what i've heard so far, IMO he should become prominent, for

  1. individualizing the psychopathologies (sociopathic bully and passive follower),
  2. debunking
    1. the "school shooting" model (he calls it a terror-bombing plot that merely found the school its easiest target, and failed into a shooting) and
    2. the "members of the Trenchcoat Mafia" story,
    and
  3. detailing the police strategy based on the assumption they were in a hostage negotiation, and thus failing to intervene in what was in fact a full-blown, non-negotiable, massacre.
