Thank you and hello Gem 29th may 03

Here's a tip. It's very easy to sign and date your edits automatically with the following format: ~~~~ (that's four tildes). Enjoy the Wikipedia! --Dante Alighieri 22:10 29 May 2003 (UTC)

Sorry to revert your UB40 edit so quickly, but, well, see User talk:Michael/ban etc. for why it's done. What it comes down to is, we can't trust any of the dates he puts on albums and such; there's likely to be a few in there that are deliberately a year off one way or the other, he may even make up bogus albums. Do feel free to put in the member list again (though it should be "its", not "it's" ;), and if you can confirm the 1977 formation, the first paragraph could stay the way you wrote it. But the discography is very suspect until confirmed. -- John Owens 23:25 24 Jun 2003 (UTC)
Hello Gem, thanks for your support with the Oxford Canal picture. Also its nice to see another fairly local wikipedian. Perhaps you might be interested in filling in some of the red links at the list of places in Warwickshire article?. G-Man 19:01, 13 Mar 2005 (UTC)

Birmingham

[edit]

Hi Gem, glad to see you agree that having a link to Birmingham, Alabama at the top of the Birmingham page is a good idea. I'm gonna see if maybe there could be a vote on it. Proto t c 5 July 2005 11:35 (UTC)

Hi,
You appear to be eligible to vote in the current Arbitration Committee election. The Arbitration Committee is the panel of editors responsible for conducting the Wikipedia arbitration process. It has the authority to enact binding solutions for disputes between editors, primarily related to serious behavioural issues that the community has been unable to resolve. This includes the ability to impose site bans, topic bans, editing restrictions, and other measures needed to maintain our editing environment. The arbitration policy describes the Committee's roles and responsibilities in greater detail. If you wish to participate, you are welcome to review the candidates' statements and submit your choices on the voting page.
