DHL ExpressDHL – Like the discussion page: "Wrong naming of the article" - DHL Express is just a subsidiary branche of the DHL International Group. But the article deals with exactly that. 2003:E7:EF2B:9425:79E7:A53C:6E8F:48C2 (talk) 09:22, 2 March 2019 (UTC) --Relisting. SITH (talk) 13:08, 10 March 2019 (UTC) --Relisting.   samee  converse  18:46, 17 March 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Customer satisfaction

[edit]

DHL has one of the worst customer satisfaction ratings for a big company. https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.dhl.com https://www.trustpilot.com/review/www.dhl.nl https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/dhl.com

I think this should be mentioned somewhere. To anyone that had experience with DHL the number one feature of the company is how bad they are at their jobs.

"After 2001" section and DHL's relation to Jordan F1 Team

[edit]

This video[1] was published 3 days ago (March 25, 2023) talking about DHL changing its color scheme from white to yellow because of contractual obligations by Jordan F1 Team requiring their car to be yellow. That very same day, this[2] edition was done to reflect that on this page.

Given that the video has no sources, this edit doesn't provide any sources either, and a quick Google search does not reveal any possible sources for the story, I don't think this edit belongs here. 2A0C:5A80:1B0E:D200:1DC6:16C8:C62A:45CF (talk) 10:13, 29 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Lack of neutrality

[edit]

I see a lot of DHL sources and greenwashing here. Critical reports and non primary sources are missing. For example glossing over teh fact how DHLs hub in Leipzig came about : "On 21 October 2004, DHL Express announced that it planned to move its European hub from Brussels to Leipzig"- a DHL pree release! Leipzigs dire need of jobs and the heavy duty government subsidy that made this possibleis totally omitted. The night flight business creating havoc for people who live nearby is omitted.
