Why is this not call List of Number 1 singles from the 1950s (UK)? [[User:Dmn|Dmn / Դմն ]] 22:50, 5 Nov 2004 (UTC)

Very Hard to Read

Could this list look a bit more like the one used for the various yearly listings of the #1 Billboard Singles? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 75.80.25.0 (talk) 02:19, 25 December 2007 (UTC) hello i come from planet zog[reply]

Never Number One

[edit]

Hi

There's a couple of tracks here that were never number one's in the official UK chart... Dean Martin's track from 1955 and Frankie Laine's Cool Water. Nope, not number ones I'm afraid. Check the official chart website www.theofficialcharts.com —Preceding unsigned comment added by 213.202.184.55 (talk) 10:47, 23 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]

that's because the OCC is nothing more than an organisation getting above itself and ludicrously trying to rewrite history - dont trust anything they say before the first BMRB charts of early 1969 —Preceding unsigned comment added by 86.140.93.113 (talk) 19:15, 15 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

in German wiki

[edit]

there is a related article in de:wiki, just a list:

or “Liste der Nummer-eins-Hits in den britischen Charts (1958)” and so on ... --Ein-Rat-7000 (talk) 17:02, 15 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
